Faced with a growing outpatient cancer program and an existing building that is too small, I assisted in the designed & construction of a seven story addition to the Dickstein Cancer Center. The new facility will provide the Hospital with an effective plan to satisfy their future requirements. The new 38,000 sf building is connected to the existing Dickstein structure which is also being renovated from top to bottom. The first floor will include an expanded reception, patient navigators and education, meeting rooms and administrative offices. A new cancer program pharmacy will be located on the lower level, floors two through four will contain medical oncology physician offices and floors five and six will contain surgical physician offices.
All documents and models prepared using Revit.
