Part of a larger proposed medical outpatient complex, St. Luke’s Riverside Hospital in Allentown, PA will be a LEED Silver building upon completion. It is a four story 130,000 sf hospital consisting of 108 private patient rooms, an emergency department, women’s health department, ciritical care unit, O.R. suite, and imaging suite.
I participated in the construction document phase of the core & shell and interior fit-out. I developed plans, reflected ceiling plans and details, interior elevations, plan and sectional details, and produced schedules. Additionally I coordinated with MEP drawings, Major Medical equipment, and I.T. equipment.
